Terms

These terms cover raffle ticket orders and supporter or sponsorship requests made on the Temple Beth Sholom HSA Winter Gala website.

Raffle tickets

• When you order tickets, you get a raffle number. You can choose baskets right away.
• Your tickets and basket choices count in the drawing once HSA records your payment in full. Until then they are unpaid.
• Orders that are still unpaid when the raffle closes may be forfeited, together with their basket choices.
• HSA may cancel an order, for example when it was placed by mistake. A cancelled order and its basket choices do not count.
• Keep your raffle number. To find your tickets later, you need it and the email you used.

Supporter and sponsorship requests

• A request tells HSA what you would like to give. Someone from HSA will reach out to confirm it and arrange payment.
• Benefits, such as recognition or included raffle tickets, begin once HSA records your payment.
• Stardust options are limited. If one runs out before your payment is recorded, HSA will contact you about another option.
• If you send a logo, you confirm you may share it, and you allow HSA to show it for gala recognition.

Payment

This website does not take payment. HSA staff arrange payment with you outside the website and record it on your order. Partial payments are not recorded; an order is paid in full or changed first.

General

The website, the raffle and its baskets are offered as they are, by volunteers, to support the EBJ ECEC Outdoor Learning Center. Details such as baskets, event information and availability may change. HSA is not responsible for errors or interruptions on this website, and it decides any question about the raffle and gala support. These terms may change; the version on this page applies.
