TEMPLE BETH SHOLOM HSA
Privacy
This page explains what the Temple Beth Sholom HSA Winter Gala website collects, why, and how to ask us to change it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
- Your name, email address and phone number when you buy raffle tickets or send a supporter or sponsorship request.
- Order details: your raffle number, ticket packages, the amount due, the payment method you prefer, your basket choices and whether HSA has recorded your payment.
- For supporter requests: the tier or Stardust option you chose, any donation details, an organization name and any logo you give us.
- Notes HSA staff add to your order, such as when they contacted you or recorded a payment.
Why we collect it
We use this information to run the raffle and the gala's supporter program: to keep your tickets and basket choices together, to contact you about payment, to send your receipts, and to recognize partners and supporters. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Payment
This website does not take payment and never asks for card or bank details. HSA staff arrange payment with you outside the website, by ShulCloud bill, check, cash or Venmo, and then record it on your order.
Emails we send
We send order confirmations, payment reminders, receipts and the short codes that let you find your tickets. These emails go through Resend, an email delivery service, from gala@tbshsa.com. Replies go to tbshsa@tbsonline.org.
Your browser
When you find your tickets, this site keeps a private session in that browser tab for up to 12 hours so you do not need a new code for each change. It uses no advertising trackers. HSA staff sign in to a separate dashboard.
Who can see your information
You see only your own tickets. HSA staff and volunteers who run the gala can see orders and requests so they can arrange payment and run the raffle. Partner and supporter names and logos may appear on the website and at the event once their request is paid.
How long we keep records
We keep gala records for as long as HSA needs them to run the gala, follow up on payments and keep its own financial records. After that, we delete them or keep only what HSA must keep.
Changes and questions
To see, correct or remove your information, reply to any gala email or write to tbshsa@tbsonline.org. We will update this page if what we collect changes.
